Brochure Printing and Flyer Printing

Brochure & Flyer Printing Prices | Instant Online Quote

Brochure printing and flyer printing are among the fastest and most cost-effective ways to promote your business. In our online print shop, brochure printing prices are calculated within seconds as soon as you choose your size, paper weight, print colour and fold; you can compare unit prices across different quantities on the same screen without waiting for a quote. With A4 and A5 sizes and coated paper from 90 gsm up to 300 gsm, you can cover everything from a single-sheet flyer to a Z-folded brochure on one page.

What Is the Difference Between a Flyer and a Brochure?

Flyer and brochure printing differ in purpose, paper weight and folding structure. Choosing correctly determines both your print cost and the impact of your campaign.

Flyer Printing

Flyers are economical and effective advertising materials preferred for campaigns, discount announcements, opening events, activities and product launches. Produced as a single sheet, flyers deliver short and eye-catching messages to your target audience quickly. Flyer printing usually uses 115 gsm coated paper; the glossy, smooth surface of coated stock keeps images and colours vivid and delivers a professional print quality. Available in A4 and A5 sizes, flyers can be printed single sided (4+0) or double sided (4+4).

Brochure Printing

Brochures are the ideal solution for businesses that want to present their products and services in more detail. Produced folded or as a single sheet, brochures are widely used for corporate presentations, product catalogues, menus, price lists and service overviews. For a more striking, durable and premium result, brochure printing generally uses coated paper of 150 gsm and above. Heavier stock keeps the fold line crisp and makes colours look richer and more impressive.

Brochure Folding Options

Use the Fold option on the order screen to set the folding type of your brochure. Each folding type offers a different number of usable panels:

  • Flat (No Fold) Flyer: The classic flat, single-piece flyer. Produced in A4 and A5 sizes, it is the most popular type for restaurants, hair salons, supermarkets, campaign announcements and hand-to-hand distribution. It offers the lowest unit cost at high quantities.
  • Half Fold Brochure: Created by folding the sheet in half and providing 4 usable panels. It is the most practical solution for short presentations, price lists, event programmes and school or course promotions.
  • Z Fold Brochure: Created by folding the sheet into three panels in the shape of a 'Z', offering 6 usable panels. Ideal for detailed presentations such as tourism brochures, product catalogues, insurance and banking campaigns; it opens up into a wide visual layout.
  • Gate Fold Brochure: Both sides of the sheet fold inwards to the centre and create a cover effect. Because it delivers an elegant, corporate look, it is preferred for invitations, luxury restaurant menus, boutique store presentations and premium campaigns.

Size, Paper and Weight Options

You can change the following technical options on the order screen and see the price difference instantly:

  • Size: Production is available in the standard A4 (21x29.7 cm) and A5 (14.8x21 cm) sizes. A5 flyers suit hand-to-hand distribution, while A4 works better for detailed content and folded brochures.
  • Paper Type: All brochure and flyer printing uses glossy coated paper, which delivers vivid colour transitions and sharp visual detail.
  • Paper Weight: 90, 100, 115, 130, 135, 150, 170, 200, 250 and 300 gsm options are available. We recommend 115-135 gsm for distribution flyers and 150-250 gsm for corporate brochures.
  • Print Colour: 1+0, 2+0, 4+0, 4+1 and 4+4 (double sided) options are available. Single-sided printing lowers your cost, while 4+4 printing doubles your content area.

Offset or Digital Printing: Which Should You Choose?

The Offset and Digital buttons at the top of the order screen let you choose the production method yourself:

  • Digital Brochure Printing: Economical for short runs of 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 copies. Because there is no plate cost, it is advantageous for low-quantity flyers and test prints.
  • Offset Brochure Printing: Preferred for orders of 1,000 copies and above, with options up to 10,000 copies. As the quantity grows the unit price drops significantly and colour accuracy reaches its highest level.

How to Prepare a Print-Ready Brochure Design File

You can upload your design directly through the file upload area on the order screen. To protect print quality, please follow these criteria:

  • Colour Profile: Designs must be prepared in the CMYK colour profile; RGB files will shift in colour after printing.
  • Resolution: Images must be at least 300 dpi at actual print size.
  • Bleed: Leave a 3 mm bleed on every edge and keep text at least 5 mm away from the trim line.
  • File Format: Vector formats such as PDF/X-4, AI, EPS and CDR are preferred, and fonts should be converted to outlines.
  • Fold Allowances: On folded brochures, mark the fold lines on a separate layer and design the inward-folding panel 1-2 mm narrower.
